Overall expierance was very discusting and disapointing! We reserved a king room with sleeper sofa......room smelled like pot, only had king bed, No sofa, No chair, No clock, No coffee table, No chair(except folding wood chair)....bathroom was worse, dead bugs in sink, hair all over tub, LED light in shower/toilet area was just hanging on the wall, shower head hanging loose and leaking down the wall, toilet paper holders were green and rusty. Room was reserved as non smoking, comforter had burn holes in it, stand that tv was on had burn marks.....Parking was super sketchy at night, people smoking pot in parking lot, drinking in beds of trucks, didnt feel very safe for women and children in our group....will never stay at ANY Super 8 again, the Wyndam name at the end gave me a false sence of security. Description on website wasWAY WRONG!!!!

The front desk staff is extremely friendly. The motel is extremely close to Kings Island, which is the purpose for my stay. It's also very close to gas stations and the highway. My room is very clean and very comfortable, with everything I need for a comfortable stay.

Said full fridge. Had a mini. Said a pool. Wasn’t open. Thick black mold on bathroom walls. Bath tub wouldn’t plug so babies couldn’t have a bath. Floors were disgustingly sticky in the room. There was so much moisture when we walked in even the tv was dripping.
