Almost like home.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Great friendly, clean place. Staff made me feel like family. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. Definitely will stay again when visiting the St. Paul MN area.

Worst Experience

We checked in between basketball games and returned after 1 game to find our room had flooded. The front desk was very hostile and told us we were going to be charged for the damage to our room and the room below. We were only in our room to drop off our things, the sink was stopped up and dripping when we checked in. They did nothing to clean up the mess or help us move. We went to eat with the team and when we returned, they demanded my driver's licence, and threatened to call the sheriff if I did not give it to them. Several of the parents said to call the sheriff. 3 squad cars and 6 sheriff came walking in, how humiliating. I just cried. They had also locked me out of my room. The management said to kick me and my son out at 10 pm if I did not do what they asked. The sheriff said they could not do that. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. I am a concierge at the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, MN. This was a very unsettling and unrestful experience for our team and myself and son. They are privately owned and the Corporate office said they can do whatever they want once you sign the agreement.
