Waited 4 hours for a room. Carpet had discusting stains on them. Corporate lunch was served an hour late. I will not be back. Front desk staff was pleasant but that did not help.

Check in was at 3, we arrived at 4 to find pur room wasnt ready. We were understanding as the Commonwealth games had just taken place this weekend. We went to the store and came back an hour later. We got our key, went to the room to find it qasnt cleaned. We came to the lobby and then was told they needed more time. We went to pick up dinner and came back, waited 15 minutes and finally was able to get into our room. The jetted tub only worked on hot water and we needed to run the shower hose into the tub to cool it and then got ice from the ice machine to not take forever. We probably could have gotten another room but after the hassle to just get this one we didnt bother. Staff did give us free breakfasts and gave us credits on our account but definitely will be rethinking the next stay. We frquent this hotel often but may be looking elsewhere after this experience.

Indoor pool for kids

The kids loved the indoor pool. Staff got us in early check in sscwecdrive all night it's a baby. Cookies and tea coffee and water are a nice touch.
