Toilet didn't flush, front desk didn't answer phone over several tries so we had to walk over to desk in the rain to report, maintenance told us nothing was wrong just not to use it too close together - (4 of us were staying there) pull out couch was very uncomfortable, there was mold/mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom, not enough parking

On par with Residence Inn

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
I frequently stay at Residence Inn and this was on par with most of them except for the bed which seemed old. The free hot breakfast is always nice. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We stayed on the ground level near a side entry, but the noise was not a problem. The full kitchen and laundry faciliies are the main reasons we stay at Residence Inn. For the price you can't beat it.
