The property was under new management and under renovation. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere, The room AC was cold and did not respond to thermostat. Had to shut it off and still was too cold! Our favorite bar was closed for renovation. The pool water was not heated. The pool bar drinks were watered down and tasted poorly. Our room bathroom sliding door got stuck and difficult to open. The parking lot was an obstacle course due to painting equipment. The breakfast buffet was under staffed and had no plates available and some dishes were in need of replenishment. The check in assigned a room far from the elevator even after seeing guest walking with a cane, Had to request room relocation. My 6th stay at this hotel was a bad experience. The least they could do was to give a price discount Bad, Bad

Everyone on the property was awesome so nice and helpful. Room was clean & comfy, would recommend staying here. Can't wait till next year when it's all renovated!!

Went for New Year’s Eve. Hotel (and Duval street) very busy but staff was still mostly attentive and helpful and pleasant. Well appointed room with comfortable bed. A good breakfast including most everything you might expect. Really easy access to everything on Key West

Do not book this place - ripoff
The staff was terrible. The amenities listed do not exist. I complained to the manager and he locked us out of our room on Christmas Day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . All lies.
