I asked for room in lower level near the looby Handicap easy access, I got a room in 2nd floor far from been easy. There is no Business Center computer or printer, it is only an empty room. The TV did not work and the ice machine was too far for me to walk. Beside that, the hotel is not bad for the price.

Worst place I have ever stayed in years. First off, they had no sign on the hotel and it’s in a bad area. Lots of people roaming the streets at one am when we arrived. Not in the city. I called in the morning to let them know we had a late flight and would be arriving after midnight. He confirmed with me that’s ok as long as there by 2 am. I said that would be good. In line at the rental counter in Orlando Airport, a man from Hotel called me and asked if I was coming. I said the rental was taking awhile and hopefully would be there in an hour. That was about 12:15 am. Arrive at hotel, security guard at door. Informed me they were booked, and if didn’t have room key couldn’t get in. I asked to talk to mgmt and he said desk clerk had quit and no one else there. Believe me I was quite upset. We checked other hotels and none around, most sold out and one was 400. I went back to guard and by then the desk clerk was back but ready to leave (and quit). I asked if they had at least one room. My partner had been up for since 3 am that day. She said she did and it was between me and another lady. I said well I’m here now. She gave us the room and said If it needed towels or anything she couldn’t help me cause she was leaving, but the room was ok. This was a terrible experience. In the morning, there was a lot of drunks wandering around. The hotel looked like there were windows boarded up. Not a nice place to stay. DO NOT BOOK.
