The room description said 2 queens and a pullout sofa. When we arrived it was 1 queen and two pullout sofas. The security guy who checked us in (late check in) did his best to help us and provided us with sheets but could not do anything about the accomodations. Traveling with 5 adults, this was not at all ideal. The location is in downtown and walkable but the property itself felt pretty sketchy. Definitely a budget place to stay.

The property was run down. Built like a rat maze. No room service what so ever. We asked for fresh towels on a 3 night stay and got nothing, let alone room cleaning and bed made. Nothing. I wxpect this property to be condemned soon.

Great location. Older room where the climate control was not great. Loved the pool and the location. Had a separate bedroom with a door and nice kitchenette. Great value for the price.

Noisy, stained, old and no parking.

This is an older building. The carpets are stained and dirty. Little to no parking on site. Shower was very small. The staff was friendly.

Hotter than HELL!!!!

Pros: Room is nice and big and the location is great. Not too close to downtown but not too far.
Cons: AC working or something in the website to notify guests that they could potentially have this issues. Honest feedback from the front desk & security
I was excited about our mini vacation, I have visited this resort several times in the last few years and have never had any issues. We arrived Friday 5/19 and I was really pleased that I would be able to check in early as our room was ready. When we entered the room my excitement quickly melted away. As soon as we entered the room we felt the heat, I tried to adjust the temperature that was measuring at 89 degrees at the time. I couldn't figure it out so I called the front desk and they advised me that hey were having issues and that they were waiting for the water to go down before the air kicked in... whatever that meant. So we waited and waited and nothing, we went about our day and when we returned we were sure that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately it was not, it was super hot, my husband went down to the front desk and advised them and they said "they were working on it" he told them we have a toddler and a young kid who are not feeling well because of the heat. They advised him that they would try to get us some fans to help in the meantime. They brought one fan for 6 people. My son and daughter were so sick the entire weekend with headaches and stomach ache because of the heat. We would have booked another hotel but they kept on telling us that it would be fixed in "20 min" "they're working on it" etc. I have never had any issues with this resort and I really like the rooms and the location but this weekend really just did it for us... never again.
