Was checked in to an occupied room! Front desk was kind but made an excuse that it just had not been cleaned. My new room had the chain pull over the door when I tried to enter. The guest inside screamed at me for trying to enter. After getting two occupied rooms, I was offered two cocktails which I was to order and pay for, then they would remove from my bill. I did. They did not! I emailed the manager afterward to fix it. No reply.

This property, however convenient to Weston, FL area, is extremely rundown and surely needs the grounds, elevators (not working) and rooms are moldy. I would not recommend unless they seriously invest in the property.

Place is ran down and needs a major renovation. I was only there for 1 night and it was okay for the occasion but I won’t be back. The TV was from 2004 with no HD!!!
