We loved the view and it was quiet. Didn’t hear or even really see the neighbors. However, there were far more ‘cons’ than there were ‘pros’ to this place. Floors were filthy and sticky enough to almost pull the socks off our feet. The shampoo bottles were used and one had a black substance growing in it. The fireplace didn’t work, the screen door was torn from the frame, T.V. remote had dead batteries, no blankets provided for the bed or for the pull out couch, the smoke alarm was dangling by wires from the ceiling, carbon monoxide alarm had a dead battery and didn’t work, the door locks and security were very poor (had to move a dresser in front of the door at night so my 4 year old couldn’t walk out, as turning the door knob opens the door- even when “locked”) no WiFi included for this unit, even though we were told otherwise when we called. I could probably think of a lot more, but I’ll leave it at that. View really is stunning though.

We liked the size of the room and balcony. It was comfortable with the room size giving us space to watch the waves roll in without having to sit on the bed. There was a full kitchen, that we didn't use but for coffee cups. Still a nice area. We also liked the hard plank floors. The room was clean because of not having a carpet full of sand.

The room was nice, the stove could be updated in the kitchen cause it was very outdated and the burners were loose. Also it would have been nice if there wasnt a couch in there since you cant really see the tv from where it is positioned and a table for eating instead. other than thatit was a good trip!
