My wife and I came here for our 15th year anniversary with our 14-year old daughter and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were accomodating with our stay for check-in and check-out due to the weather and flight changes. We felt at home and welcomed by all staff. Despite hotel being in the process of remodeling and some heating issues, we would definitely book again here due to staff and accommodations. Jackson 5

It wasn’t that great as you would expect at the Ritz. No shuttle service, no spa entrance or club entrance for guests. All added fees. I was impressed with the service either.

We were given a bottle of champagne and macaroons for our anniversary wich is awesome. The staff is all very friendly aside from valet who seemed to be in a rushthe breakfast was great just overpriced, figures. Tv was a little wierd getting used to and we were only giving one big towel to share, there was also toilet paper rolled up in the bathroom floor.

I took my guy there for Christmas Eve. We stayed in the Executive Suite. Great room... everything was great. I'll definitely stay at Ritz in the future.

Happy and comfortable
We loved our stay. Our bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. We felt like we were home and cozy. I was nervous booking with the mixed reviews but we 100% had the 5 star experience. I will stay here every time I’m in Denver from now on.
