Desk clerk Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to search and find us a room within a few minutes on a very busy weekend. Another desk clerk helped me to set up a membership card for Holiday In and was so appreciative of my request. Free Coffee was available next to the lobby for 24 hours. Room as very clean and organized with a small coffee maker with coffee and tea along with sugar, creamer and sweetener. There was also a free bottle of water in the refrigerator. Free WiFi was also included. A very nice complimentary breakfast with fruits, coffee, tea, cereal, milk, pancakes, waffles, danish, cinnamon buns. very nice place to be and very enjoyable. Customer friendly.

Breakfast needs adjustment

I have stayed at this hotel before, but the breakfast wasn't up to par this time. They ran out of biscuits and gravy, and my daughter mentioned the bagels were hard as a brick. Overall though, it is a nice, clean hotel.

Pros: Cleanliness and service.
Cons: There was no ice maker on our floor. Didn't bother me, but for an elderly person it could be a problem.
Location: You don't need to drive anywhere to get to anything. Restaurants, shopping and hospital all right there.
I always hold my breath when I walk into a hotel room. I had a sigh of relief here. It was clean, no smell and quiet. Our room was right over the indoor pool, which was full of kids, and we didn't hear a thing. The staff was very nice and provided good service. The free breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. There was fresh popcorn popping all day, coffee, sorted teas and hot chocolate available at all times. I want this experience wherever I go.

High school reunion

We could not have had a better place. The convience to anything a person would need. (Gas stations restaurants wal mart and many many other places and all of this very easy access to the Interstate) I would rate the hotel 4 star + We will stay there again in the future.
