The property is nice. wish there were a few more options for dining in the sandwich domain or soup for lighter traveler options. Gift shop had no toiletries, a small assortment would have been nice (aspirin, toothpaste necessities area), homeless individual in lobby sitting. Saddened to see so much drug use in this neighborhood after not having been to Dallas in a while. Very sad like so many US cities I see lately but counted at least 20 homeless and drug related people within close proximity to hotel. It is a problem. I would not stay here again for this reason, Did not feel safe. Additionally, some of the furniture in my room felt dates which feb inconsistent with the images online. It was not bad but I was not overly impressed. Would not return.

Beautifully kept property. The hot water for the showers took longer than normal to heat up. This is most likely due to the fact that it's an older building.

Had to wait to check in as room was not ready even after designated check in time. Key cards were defective and had to have mine fixed 3 different times. Room tv did not work, only showed hotel info and would not load channels or other features.
