I reserve the room 2 days ahead of time and when I got here the room is not available did not have my room whatever so I haven't been extra money for a upgrade room that when I got in there it was dirty likes me just left me so I went to his friend told him can you get me he said no he just said his last name but it was at 3:00 in the morning I had my son didn't want to continue to drive him around and over cars so the guy at the front desk and I could still stay in there cuz I have to clean it myself so I did and now I feel like you to save you a free night or two because I only did he not have that I reserve 2 days prior to me coming the room I spent extra money and to upgrade was messed up so please don't lose your mind refund a couple free nights

Check in we stood in line for like 45 min, then while being checked in the guy took forever, was talking to 2 other people behind desk. Stood there for 15 minutes just for him to rent the room I had a reservation even. Then at 4 in the morning 2 guys were outside drinking & being very loud woke me up. Then I went in the bathroom turned on light & cockroaches scattered very disgusting

If your here to party and pay for services of drugs and women it can done in the parking lot which itself is a show. This is deplorable. Not a family place to stay but a single bachelor who doesn’t use a trash can anyway would be fine.
