We arrived late (midnight) and things looked okay--not a luxury resort but we just needed a place to sleep and shower the next morning. There was some noise and a lot of people milling around outside, but it was Saturday night in Fayetteville, so we didn't think much of it. However the next morning while getting packed up I noticed a large bed bug on the pillow I had slept on. I caught and killed it and took it to the office when we went to check out. The staff at the desk went and got the manager who seemed fairly unconcerned and told me he would "look into it" I did not get the impression that he really cared one way or another. I will not be back to this location. Also, when we checked in there was another family getting bedding and towels because apparently their room had not been cleaned at all. Guess I should have taken that as a sign.

Room was comfortable and clean upon arrival. Front counter personnel were friendly and helpful. However, the room was not cleaned after the first night by the cleaning crew, even though we know they were working other rooms in the area.

It's a DUMP. The tub had actually been patched. Who does that?? No cover on the bathroom light. Trim coming off the walls. Oh, and the cops made an arrest in the parking lot....took three cars. Folks, just DON'T. Keep driving.

Good room but why do I have pay 50 deposit in ren

I was found the room clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the help was average. Paying a deposit for a room was not reasonable and I will not stay at a Quality Inn again till that policy is changed.
