Hotel is being remodeled, which I was not made aware of before making the reservation. Construction noise 8 AM - 6 PM. Construction dust throughout hotel although staff was making an effort to keep it cleaned up. One of two elevators was kept in reserve for remodeling work. Bed mattress was just OK. Mediocre breakfast was $14. All in all not a good value for the room rate.

We did not know that the property was being renovated before we got there and that the breakfast was changed to “self-serve”. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to getting French toast. But the front desk staff was courteous

Nice hotel, close to Triangle TownCenter. Attentive staff in breakfast dining area. Front Desk staff could be a little friendlier and upbeat. Handicap shower was rather messy with just a drain in the floor and got water all over bathroom floor and toilet seat was too flimsy.
