Watch out when calling for the airport shuttle! The hotel name is so long that on a phone browser you miss the all important “-South” at the end and then dial the wrong hotel. One Hampton Inn is Dulles, other is Dulles-South and that isn’t apparent when you finally find a local number to call. Because it’s a Travelocity/Expedia reservation they cannot cancel one and let you stay at the other

The air poort shuttle was great. The willingness to store a bag for us for 2 weeks was wonderful and very helpful. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the shuttle even drove us to the texas roadhouse and picked us up again.
