It was animal friendly, yet unlike motel night before who put us in room that window faced maintenance door - this was great room. My wrist is broken - lady in breakfast room was great ready to do anything I needed. Clerk that checked us in also helpful & kind. They could not give us a receipt for our insurance because we booked with you. Great stay.

They've upgraded since last visit. Nice! However, the chair from the old furnishing and the stained seat cushion just dosen't fit well at all with the newer furnishings and decor. Would like to have had a smsll nightstand on the other side of the beds, too.

The property was less than satisfactory - clean enough but not clean and not well cared for. Window treatments were falling off, HVAC unit was struggling to work properly, carpet was stained and unappealing, beds were uncomfortable, overpriced and worst of all I specifically booked the hotel for use of pool w/ the kids and upon arrival learned the pool was inoperable.
