Terrible service. No fresh towels. No hot water. Only stayed one night, then checked out. Still waiting for refund for last two nights. Staff knew they had a hot water problem, but still rented rooms. Would never stay at Homewood establishments again!

We will take ownership of the hot water issue over the weekend. Unfortunately, this didn't effect the entire property only a portion of the suites. We understand why you checked out and found other accommodations. If you would like to respond to me in regards to the service and the towels that would be fine. Please remember, that while you did have a disappointing experience with one Homewood Suites. Not all Homewood Suites had the same issue.

overall the suite we got was great it was clean but when we check in they told us that if we call they can somebody to our suite but when I called to ask for towels they told me that they had nobody and we had to go downstairs if we need something (which is not a problem) but when I went downstair I saw staff members cleaning the other rooms.

Nice Hotel and good location.

Pros: The cleanliness and location.
Cons: Weekend breakfast. Didn't care for the paper plates and plastic utensils. Staff needs to be friendlier.
Location: Close to the airport and convenient for a day trip to Virginia City.
The Homewood Inn & Suites met our family of 7 needs. The Inn is very clean and the location to the airport was very convenient. Breakfast on Thursday was very good, but rather poor on the weekends. Due to so many people staying during the weekend it was probably difficult for the staff to provide warm and tasty food.

Our options were limited, but then this happened!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, friendly people, easy parking, close to everything
It looked like our vacation might be ruined... my fiancee and I were at Burning Man and wanted to leave early (we had enough of an uncomfortable air mattress and needed a real bed), but on Labor Day weekend, how would we find a good hotel? WELL WE DID. Homewood Suites was just what we needed. It had a kitchen, a great bathroom, and ooohhhhhh the bed was so comfortable and cozy. The shower was great. The place was clean. The breakfast was delicious... even breakfast burritos! We'll definitely be staying here again, even given all the other options in Reno. I recommend it wholly.

I have stayed here 3 times and plan to stay each of my visits to Reno. It is very clean, nice hotel. Great rooms, beds, tv etc.

This is my favorite hotel in reno - i have stayed there 3 times already. very nice spacious rooms, great beds, great for kids and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Area is quiet and away from the hub-bub of the casinos. Easy access via Rte. 325.

Excellent

Our family (3 children + 3 adults) spent one night at the Reno Homewood Suites. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

Our room was excellent. We had a larger room bedrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queens, & a sofa that folds out, tv in each room and one in living room area which is great for a larger family like mine or a larger group. The room was in excellent condition and was very nice. Morning breakfast was good and had a good selection. My only complaint was that the air conditioner was off when we got there ;around 10:30 pm; and the room was around 90. We had to run the air for quite awhile to get things cooled off to an acceptable level.
