At first glance the room seemed ok. It has some tasteful, somewhat modern/minimalist decor and an ENORMOUS television. The problem with our room was the cleanliness. The floor was filthy and there were clumps of in the beds. In the bathroom there appeared to be water damage to the ceiling and little dead gnats were stuck to the paint. It really is a shame because with the cute decor and river view this place could easily be an 8 or 9 out of 10 if cleanliness standards were raised. Probably won’t be staying here again.

Newly update and clean room. Loved the porch and view of the river. spacious room. Looks like a lot of remodeling has taken place and definitely added to enjoying the space.

Our balcony room had an unobstructed view of the bay and the Gold Beach bridge. Very relaxing. Rooms were quiet, clean and updated. No daily room service was provided but that was okay because you just needed to stop at office to get everything you needed. This was our second visit to Jots and we recommend the hotel.
The only downside of the visit is that Gold Beach business are severely struggling to stay open. Later part of the week is best time to visit as most restaurants are open then. Earlier in week—very sparse choices.

We loved having a small deck with a great view of the river and the bridge. Was nice having the pool and hot tub too and the restaurant was just across the street.
