The location was perfect for walking to museums and other attractions. The hotel is very beautiful, and dated. They are renovating. Our room was cold, the water did not get hot, and the shower did not work. When I tried using the phone to call the front desk, the phone was dead. I called the front desk using my cell phone. They were very apologetic, and accommodating, and immediately moved us to a nicer renovated room. The shower, hot water, and telephone worked. We also had a view of Lake Michigan and not a sloped roof. (^_^)

Everything was good except they need to have a way to cast from your phone to TV- tvs are old asked front desk staff can I cast from phone to TV and she asked what's casting me and Significant other laugh at the lady, but other than that it ok.

Very friendly staff, the room wasn’t spotless but it wasn’t bad. Very comfortable beds and could sleep past the busy streets of Chicago.

Very noisy at night, carpets smell, cabinets are loose. Fridge doesn’t get very cold. Heat could be better. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
