Person checking us in was more concerned with his phone than giving us simple check in information. We were using the sofa bed and there was no linen in the room for it, when we requested linen he said they did not have anything and all they had was a blanket. The reservation was made for a family of four so if there is one bed then obviously we need to use the sofa bed and there is no way my kids were going to sleep on a bare mattress! We had to split the linen from the bed. I also found toe nail clippings on carpet, just gross! Needless to say we will not ever being staying here again, save your money.

Our room smelled smoky but they moved us immediately into a clean smelling room. Very basic, but clean. Friendly & helpful staff
