"Not too bad for a one night stay"
Well being on the 22nd for the view was wonderful and the room was very comfortable and clean. However that being said they only left one drinking glass in the room so only one person could drink a glass of water at a time. They offered bottles of water in the room however they were four dollars per bottle, so my wife and I went out and found spring water at a reasonable price to bring back to the room. The super eight we stayed at days earlier offered us the same water for free every night of our stay. The tub faucet in our bathroom had a continuous trickle that you could never turn off. Lastly,we paid $35 for a mandatory service fee that was supposed to take care of the gym and Internet, yet when we tried to get online we couldn't. When we called them to complain about it they told us that we would be able to get on later that night but by then we had already found our email through another source (cell phone) . The price was right in the room was clean. Yet, a hotel of this caliber should be able to do better.

"Good location and staff"
Great value with the extremely helpful staff. Location is fantastic for those of us that like to stay downtown. The only down side is no pool and the meal I had at the restaurant was not good however I have had good meals at the restaurant before.

"Great stay for the price"
The staff was excellent, the room was very clean, but slightly worn. The remodeled bathroom was wobderful. My 1 and only negative : the pillows. They are brand new, and hard as a rock. Tossed them aside and went without, so was not the most rested in the morning.

"Get staff!"
my husband and I stayed there and the staff was awesome. We checked in and the lady at the front desk was so nice. The only thing that was a little slow and overwhelming was the valet. Wait was 7-10mins and people was not happy. At one point the elevators went down and as hungry as we were there was no way upnor down. Luckily they had the maintenance fix it and had it up and running in 15-20mins. We will be going back in a month and looking forward to staying there again.

"Loved the rooms, but..."
The room was great. We had an amazing view of the mountains North of Las Vegas, as well as the north end of the Strip. The reason I'm marking it down a notch is the limited food options. Everything is extremely expensive in the resort. There are not any fast food options. The shuttles are nice to get back and forth to the strip, but they can be a nuisance and waste a lot of valuable time. I would definitely return here, but would rent a car to do so.

"Good location I was in Henderson for business"
I enjoyed my stay I am only unhappy with resort the fee. I did not have a newspaper delivered to my room as part of what I was paying a resort fee for nor did I use the pool. When I go to a resort I expect the price of my room to include use of the resort. This way if I choose not to use the pool or gym (which they don't have) I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off.

"Plaza Hotel"
Second oldest left from original Vegas. Has been completely remodeled with a nice food court and restaurants. One thing missing from room, no coffee maker but they do leave water. Not a place for children though. Fremont St. Is straight across from entrance and is very interesting to say the least. We have been many times but always stayed on the strip. There are plenty of things to see and do so don't be afraid to go. Prices have escalated so make sure you have enough to cover expenses on top of your gambling and shows. Be aware of homelessness and peddling drugs everywhere, it has got really bad over the last several years but again, be wary of your surroundings and your wallet. Enjoy!

"Very spacious room. "
We spend two nights in between flights, so they were not consecutive stays. The first stay, we had a king bed with only 3 pillows? Second night, we had two queens so 6 pillows. Both rooms were large and beds very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was right on time.
