The weather outside was 31 degrees. We walked into our room and it was 55 degrees. Please have the staff anticipate what rooms they will be using and turn the heat up. The fan in the room for the heating system was loud. Also, the lounge area was cold. It woke us up numerous times throughout the night. The positives are the hotel is clean, the breakfast is fresh and reasonable, and the room was comfortable (once it warmed up) and clean.

Easy compute

My stay at the Four Point was wonderful. It is.central located. That made it easy for me.to travel with little or no problems.

Close to family

The house keeping was less than desirable. Towels were not replaced as requested. The coffee in the room was also not replaced as on a daily basis.

Repeat customer

I have stayed here several times. I have relatives in the area. Every stay has been without complaint. The breakfast is the biggest attraction for me but I should mention that the beds are exceptionally comfortable.
