I booked a standard room with a King bed. I paid the extra $15 for the king bed. Upon check in I was told they were sold out of king beds unless I wanted to pay an additional $100 for the suite with a king bed. It was only an extra sleeper sofa bed int he room. Very disappointed front desk person didn't comp me the upgraded room or give me the difference from what I paid for the king bed to the price of a double bed. It was only $15 but its the principal. If you sell me a king sized bed for $15 extra, give me the damn bed! Or give me my $15 back...simple.

close to our traveling highway

Pros: Spacious room. Excellent coffee and cream availabe all day. Breakfast was more than enough. Just great choices ...... and the hot eggs was a plus.
Cons: No suggestiongs everything great. Would stop again when in area.
Location: Visited friends, and resturant neaery.
All cooking and refrigerator needs met. Room was cool and quiet. Bed comfortable. Tub was a nice treet.

The property did not have our reservation

Pros: Do not know ...never made it past the desk But I really felt safe the time I was there with the security guard and his gun prominently showing
Cons: communication between travelocity and the properties. This situation was ridiculous.
Location: well, at midnight on a saturday evening we didnt see much to do around the area other then the cell phone looking for another hotel
So I cant accurately comment on the hotel itself...after providing the desk a copy of the confirmation number and itin from Travelocity, the desk clerk advised he did not have a reservation or a room available...this was at Midnight with all hotels in the area booked solid. Needless to say my wife was livid. After getting back in the car and driving and calling around we found one around 130.

Very Nice Hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, comforable bed
Cons: no ice machine, slow internet, need more parking
We recently went to Maryland for the M3 Rock festival and stayed at the Residence Inn. What a wonderful place. The room was clean and spacious with a view of the freeway. We were only 6 miles from the Merriweather Pavilion were the concert was being held. The traffic getting in and out of the hotel was a little tricky and took some patience. The only drawback for me was the slow internet and the printer in the lobby was broke. We were going to print our boarding passes for the plane. There are no ice machines because each room has a fridge and freezer. I would have like to have known that before trying to get some ice water. There is one small ice tray in the fridge. The free breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I would stay there again.
