AMAZING!

Pros: Quiet
This place was absolutely amazing! The staff was polite and the room was very comfortable. We were amazed by how big the room was, it felt like a studio apartment, we didn't want to leave!

Manager Brandon- has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life.

Cons: No free Internet, no cable tv
This hotel was very nice,beautiful and i was so happy in the beginning. Unfortunatley they did not pay the cable bill and Saturday night it was cut off along with Internet. So what would you like for me to do @ your hotel with no cable or internet? I spoke with a MANAGER named Brandon he told me to call Comcast!" are you kidding me? Brandon (a manager) refused to give his last name, was so rude, unprofessional, loud and over talking never apologized for your hotel's lack of service!"

Great Place to Stay!

The room was very large and spacious, and I loved the breakfast every morning. The only problem I had was that my phone would constantly roam..(Sprint) and I missed many calls, but other than that I loved the room.

A Wonderful Visit!

My Granson and I stayed at Townplace Suites by Marriot in Pooler, Savannah in July,2009 after being overbooked by Springhill Suites at I-95 Gateway. What a treat this was for us!! The hotel was beautiful, the rooms new and gorgeous, and the amenties were wonderful! My Grandson, Matthew, who is 9 years old and not easily impressed, entered our room and immediately said "I love this room"!! and I had to agree. The beds were comfortable, the flat screen enjoyable and the Granite in the Kitchen and Bath was lovely. We enjoyed having free access to the Internet in our room and in the Lobby as well. It felt like a home away from home. The Front Desk Staff was friendly and helpful too!! And the proximity to Downtown and River Street was only a short distance away! I would definitelyrecommend Townplace Suites to my Family and Friends and will certainly make it my first choice on any return visits and vacations in Savannah.
