Bambi at the front desk was excellent! Very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the area. Breakfast was great with hot options along with muffins and cereals. Only draw backs were noisy guests above us who got up a lot during the night and the room was very warm we had to turn on the air which was very loud when it would turn on and off. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again just maybe request a top floor room.

Thank you so much for staying with us. The Best Western Studio Design team is currently designing us an update room and corridor plan as well as the exterior of the building. These upgrades will take place within the next few years.

No shower curtain in room 220. My sister was in a wheelchair, so I asked for a handicap room, and they put us on 2nd floor. If fire happens, no elevators should operate. So the person in wheelchair is “dead meat”. You might want to rethink your policy on handicap room room was very small for wheelchair

I am so sorry for your disappointment while visiting our Best Western in St. Mary's, PA. I am not sure why the original architect for the property put the accessible rooms on the second floor. This is something that I will discuss with our ownership. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Beds squeak every time you roll over. Pillows leave a lot to be desired. Took forever to check in, because we booked with Travelocity. Room was mostly clean, with some mysterious stains on sheets and chair.
