Absolutely loved our whole stay, and would gladly stay again anytime. The total was more when checking in, but that was expected and planned for with a hotel of this stature. The best we’ve ever slept in a hotel. LOVED the deep bath tub, great for soaking after a whole day of walking and riding bikes. No complaints here!

To truly make this a 4 or 5 star stay for the price, offer a reduced rate for valet parking for guests who don’t plan to leave during their stay. Also the vouchers for the hotel bar/ restaurant should be redeemable for the entire stay not just the first day.

Went to watch hockey game at bar…. Homeless street person walked in… sat beside me, ordered a drink …. Very predictable… no way to pay for his drink, bothered me w his stupid jokes .. while I’m trying to watch game and not be rude . Bartender was great as well….NO security or doorman available… I got apologizes from bar mgr… bothered other patrons as well… we all left the bar for our rooms…. This is Gold Coast of Chicago and should not be allowed to happen.
