For starters, the person who gave us the ride from the airport to the hotel was unpolite. When we got to the hotel, the person at the front desk was better. Then, when we got to the room we notice that when you sat on the toilet was not well fixed to the floor and you could see water leaking on the base. Next day, we wanted to take a shower but there was only one mini bottle of shampoo for 4 people and a mini bar of soap. I went downstairs to see if I could get extra but the person at the front desk said that I had to wait for the morning crew to give me some. I told her it will be too late since I already had a schedule to follow. I asked if she was "in charge" she could get me some but she said no. I told her other hotels are well stacked or at least, they provide it when requested and she said" that depends on the hotel." I had to go to the nearst store to buy my own shampoo. And if that was not enough, I found white hair on my pillow, and the shower drain started to clog because it was hair on the drain. I know it was not mine or my family because we have dark hair and those were not dark. Terrible service.

Best Western has the fastest WiFi speed! That’s it. Besides that the room was perfect for a couple.
