When I arrived I went to check in. I was assigned a room and proceeded to check in. I get to the room and it looked like something on skid row it was terrible. I told the front desk and the changed my room. To my surprise the 2nd room was even worse. The room had not been cleaned the bed covers were thrown on the floor. The chair cushions looked like they had been chewed on by dogs it was terrible. So I went back to the front desk to tell them I’m leaving they told me I would not be able to get my money back because I booked through a 3rd party. I asked for the manager and was told that one was not available. It was late and I needed a room and asked if someone could do something so they found a “clean room” and put me in there. But it was still bad: The whole experience was terrible. The worker who gave me such bad service was a young male. He definitely needs more training: And not to mention they don’t offer hot breakfast anyone per the front desk due to the owner being “cheap”. And they will eventually get it back but as of now they will only serve muffins and cereal.

Room had a broken desk chair, back leaning so far back, Also a very stained chair & ottoman, pictures were missing from wall, bed was much too firm, The morning breakfast: selection was ok, but coffee and oj were both very weak & watered down. We ended up getting coffee at a nearby convenience store. Pretty bathroom, but tile floors were dirty. Hotel overall was very old. Pool was closed. Price was good. Note: You have yo leave a $100 damage deposit at checkin and then it will take 5 days to refund it, if room is considered in good condition. Given the overall condition of the room we had, I can not understand what they were worried about. I wish I could upload photo of the desk clerk practically lying down in her chair, on her cell phone constantly She Looked so unprofessional & she looked bored. Hotel was almost empty the night we stayed.

The property was awful, rooms very filthy, furniture old torn and worn out, carpet very nasty, no remote for TV, phone in room with no connection to wall no cable wires. Hot breakfast was a joke, juice like water, bagel hard not fresh, no fresh fruit. The pool wasn't open hasn't been for awhile. The hallway and lobby carpet dirty. this property need to closed for complete renervation. I would not stay are recommend this property . I felt unsafe

The clerk who handled the check in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel (throughout the property and my room) was so filthy. The bathroom in my room has black mold, which is a violation of the health code and the toilet was not even attached. You know, I picked a hotel with the name, Radison, attached expecting high quality. This was a massive disappointment!

Hotel was nice and great staff. Downside: There was a washcloth thrown over the high-up smoke detector = a previous customer was probably smoking. Bathroom missing hanging bar for towels on the wall. Lampshade by bedside was pretty heavily disfigured (dents and burn marks). Indoor pool was closed for the whole visit. Bathroom had no fan.
