This experience was amazing. The hot springs are so wonderful and the different levels of heat gives a number of options for travelers. The property was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast which was included was very good. The only negative was the high cost of some of the cocktails. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family and intend to return myself.

Amazing hot springs. Pools all over the property. Staff wasn't that welcoming. Javier, the bus boy or founds driver was friendly and the only one that smiled. Staff wasn’t rude or disrespectful but they just don’t smile or make you feel welcomed. Free breakfast buffet was good but again staff didn’t crack a smile. Bungalow rooms were very nice. Not sure how the regular hotel rooms are. Beautiful weather. I suggest taking a taxi to the parks instead of spending a fortune on the adventure packages.

Best Resort in La Fortuna, staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 7 days and every single day was amazing. Facilities are well maintain and very clean. Every morning we could see staff cleaning and disinfecting the common areas which pools were amazing, The resort has security 24 hrs at different entry and exit points, making sure everything is running smooth. First time in Costa Rica and It was the best place to stay.

Nice spot to relax for the day

We booked the Baldi Hotsprings in the middle of our trip hoping to have a relaxing day before we moved on to more adventures. It was well worth it! The rooms were quiet, comfortable and with an amazing view of the Arenal Volcano.
