Certain staff were not very friendly or knowledgeable and did not have any answers. Breakfast: no plates, no spoons, no scrambled eggs! When I inquired the answer was "I don't know, waiting on "her" to come back", this is unacceptable customer service in my opinion.

The hotel itself was nice and well cared for. It must be next to a homeless shelter as they were everywhere. We never felt unsafe, but I was alone without my husband it would have been different.

The rooms are very plain and there is not enough lighting. It is right next to an onramp for the highway. Traffic can get backed up and makes it impossible to enter and exit. There are other ways to enter m. You can use the gas station parking lot or the entrance behind the gas station. The parking near the building is limited. There is more parking around back but it seems super sketchy back there. The hotel is next to another hotel which looks kind of run down I have never stayed at a Hyatt Place before and I didn’t hate it but I also didn’t love it. Staff was friendly and responsive. It seemed clean but had a slight bad smell when we arrived.

Hotel was clean staff was friendly. The neighbor is a rundown motel that houses homeless and other activity making it very uncomfortable when running to your car or if you get in late you have to use the shared parking with this motel. Felt very unsafe continuous police activity all night. You won't be getting much sleep.

Wouldn’t book again
Not a great part of town. On multiple days there were homeless people doing drugs by the dumpster. Not exactly where I would take my family. Expected more out of something with Hyatt in the name.
