Loved how neat and clean everything was! Staff was great and helpful! Loved having an on time shuttle to the airport! Great to walk from the hotel for coffee and restaurants!

Transportation from the airport to the hotel it was unclear and confusing. I was told I could get a shuttle ride to the portal for my cruise and know service on Mondays. I was told the portals 3.5 away and it’s 25 miles away. Misleading all together.

This is a very nice airport hotel. Nice rooms, clean, efficient, lovely multi-lingual staff. The airport shuttle works great to get to the airport. We took it from the airport to the hotel when we first arrived (only had one night in Barcelona on our way home) and we ended up waiting an hour for pickup. Would have taken a taxi if we'd known. But this is a small gripe, overall I would recommend this hotel.
