Although I’ve stayed at this property without incident before this time I wasn’t so pleased. First, the elevator wasn’t working and the staff was unaware of this. Next, the heater made a loud, on-going noise so I couldn’t use it. Finally, I wasn’t allowed to change rooms because no more rooms existed through the Travelocity app. I tried to contact Travelocity but the virtual agent kept asking the same questions and no one responded. Currently not happy with either company and I slept in a cold room.

The front desk woman was cheerful and friendly. At check out the girl was friendly too. Overall the room seemed clean but the bathroom needed a good cleaning if not an update. The tile at the bottom of the shower looked mildewed.
