The price was reasonable and I liked the laminate flooring in the room instead of old carpet you sometimes see in motels. Make no mistake this is a cheap motel. Top lock on the door broken, room smelled like smoke covered in very heavy deodorizer, beds made funny springy/creaky noises. I think it was a basic mattress directly on exposed metal springs with black wood built around it. Pictures looked better than reality, but for how cheap it was it isn't a bad value.

This property is not up to the standards that I expect from a Baymont Inn. My first two nights were OK, but on the third night, the room adjoining mine was occupied and they were SO LOUD. There was no sound barrier between the two rooms. I could understand everything they said, even when they were trying to be quiet. I called the desk to see if another room was available. He said there were no other single rooms available. Because of the inconvenience, he should have offered another room even if it was larger. The other couple continued to talk in normal voices, but I told them I could still understand every word they said and that I really didn't need to know her health history. They called the desk then and somehow the clerk found them another room. At least I could sleep after that.

There was no running water in our shower. The screens that are meant to make it “green” are causing the ac units to not function properly. The staff was nice but the place was just run down and not cared for.

The room floor was not as clean as it should be. The shower had a very fine stream that did not work for your waist and below. The sink faucet had fine streams of water instead of one steady stream. The breakfast buffet was disappointing.
