The room was not clean, blinds were missing some louvers and undesirable folks were hangin in the parking lot.

Good Value

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
I seem to end up in San Luis Obispo a lot, and there are times I just want a clean, decent room that doesn't feel overpriced. This place definitely fits the bill. Maybe not the place I go for romantic getaways, but the staff was great, the room was quiet and it was convenient. For this trip, it was just what I was looking for.

Our room was pretty run down.

Pros: near cal poly
You get what you pay for came to mind for this room. I think it would be better to spend a little extra and stay at the Sands Inn Hotel and Suites. That is our favorite place but was booked for that weekend.
