Hello Diane, I'm sorry that our engineer team could not accommodate your request in the allotted time you provided. We make every effort make repairs when brought to our attention, however there are time when we can't complete the task in the time frame given by our valued guest. I understand that moving you to a new rooms was not optimal in your plans and you chose to stay in the room w/o a working TV. Please know that our team is dedicated to making our guest stays enjoyable and that the repairs were made just as soon as we were able to access the TV. We do appreciate that you brought this to our attention and believe to be an isolated incident. It is only through our guest feedback that we can continue to exceed expectations.
