when i arrived there,i asked for the hospital rate as my son was in UMass Memorial for over two weeks. the person at the desk reassured me i was getting that rate, Later on I find out i didnt get the hospital rate as there was too many already that week and they had reached goal.that shouldnt of been my problem as they made the mistake,but ended up paying the regular rate.not going back ever again.

I don't think it was worth the price. Same breakfast was put in a bag every morning I wish they would have written that there would be no buffet or access to the pool and have the price reflect those subtractions..my ice maker didn't work in the kitchen, and there were no machines in the hallway. My neighbors complained about things that happened to them. One said their plumbing had issues and another talked about the lack of backup hair dryer when hers broke and her TV not working properly. Staff at front desk didn't even thank me for my stay or ask how my week was when I checked out.

Great location - close enough to major highways for those traveling through, but far enough that there is no traffic noise.

The room at the Residence Inn was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with many hot items/waffles. Would definitely recommend the Inn to others.
