Spend your holiday in the former caretaker apartment of our villa from the period of Art Nouveau.
The apartment (78 m²) in east-south-west location, and the rest of the building, was renovated by us under monumental protection law aspects and furnished as a bright, friendly apartment in white, turquoise and natural tones.
All floors are equipped with tiles in wood look with underfloor heating or with real wood parquet. The ceiling lighting in the living or Bedroom is dimmable, the light color adjustable.
Large living room with TV (Magenta TV) and open kitchen with wet bar. From the dining area in the sunny annex look into our garden. Behind the bedroom with double bed is the bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a separate guest toilet in the entrance area, an outdoor seating area and soon a bicycle parking.
The house was built in 1908 as part of a building ensemble of three villas by the architect and director of the construction school, Wilhelm Kruckau, as his own house. It is located on the Rendsburger Straße, about 1.2 km away from the city center. We acquired it in 2005. Since 2009, the villa is a registered cultural monument of particular importance.
