Horrible. Everything is closed with no mention on the website. Not even a breakfast in the am. Complimentary juice & a Granola bar. There’s a Bar, restaurant, pool, weight room—ALL CLOSED, while other establishments are Fully Open.

I did not like that when I told Sandy at the front desk we needed a late checkout 1pm she said she would note my account , a man banged on my door at noon telling me to leave, I also requested towels and left when I came back the door was opened , towels in a pile ..anyone could of taken our belongings..I thought someone was in the room...very bad customer service.for the price..very disappointed in the staff.

After making reservation I called to see about getting a first floor room and was told no problem (4 days before stay) well at check in I find sorry no first floor and no note asking for one. Then I mention I bought the breakfast for the morning when I booked room, no info on that with front desk but lady did give me slip of paper that’s worth $5 off anything on menu. In the room the wooden bed frame sticks out past the mattress and I smack my shin off so hard I have a black and blue mark and a scab the next day. Told front desk and showed them my shin lady says in broken English “Oh so Sorry that the way they made them”. Never staying there again. $131 waste of my money

Grill had good food, but service was slow. Hotel and room very clean. All the staff courteous and helpful.

they charged again for oct 4 and i can't a refund they its a mistake but as of oct 14 its not fixed today i was told again that they would fix it ?????
