"Ideal location / great value"
Great location, within 10 blocks of just about everything midtown, 1 block from Grand Central. The hotel was always quiet, the room and bed comfotable. Fridge and coffee maker in room ideal. Staff were all wonderful. Great value for the heart of Manhatten.

"TUSCANY NOT THE COURT"
We were happy to be moved to the TUSCANY on check in - which is a neighboring hotel (same block) owned by the same company. It wasn't a big inconvenience - but it was a little unusual. The TUSCANY (can't speak for THE COURT) had a modern lobby, friendly staff and was obviously renovated fairly recently. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable with a big chair and ottoman and a big chaise in addition to a king sized bed and plenty of dresser and closet space. The bath was fully modernized with a great walk in shower (no tub). Large screen TV - great location near Grand Central - several eateries in Murray Hill and the New York Library main branch and Bryant Park. Will definitely return!

"Just what I needed!"
Space in NYC is hard to come by at a reasonable price. I got an incredible rate thru Travelocity. If I were to get this rate again, I would definitely stay here again. The room was very small but I only needed to sleep, change, and shower there. There was a large mirror in the room which served to make it feel larger. It was very clean and up-to-date. There was a challenge with the air conditioner and the engineer was available at 9:00 p.m. (which was impressive). He fixed it quickly. Staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept really well - which is not usual for me. It was perfect for my needs.

I paid for 3 rooms but 2 of my colleagues had to cancel 3 days before our arrival. I lost the money paid for those 2 rooms. Other than that, the experience was good. Staff was very prompt and courteous. $30 + tax/tip = $37 was overpriced for the breakfast. There was only one plug on the wall behind the headboard, and both were taken up by the night lamp and clock. I needed an outlet for my CPAP machine, which could not be plugged in on the other side of the room. I figured it out, though.

"Back again"
From my past experiences having stayed at this hotel at least 3 other times I knew that it had physical issues that I was wiling to overlook. However, it was in poorer condition than I had expected. Nonetheless, the service was excellent and needs were satisfied. The bar was always a welcome respite after seeing a show and wanting to discuss and unwind.

"Great location"
Enjoyed our stay. Location great. Most of staff wonderful except for rude man in luggage room. Comfortable bed. Wonderful pillows! Nice shower. Nice view from 21st floor. Few disappointments: found hair in bathtub when arrived, no frig in room, reading light didn't work, 2 other bulbs out. Noisy at night! Might be nice to provide ear plugs. Just the way NYC is. Sirens etc Be aware wifi is expensive. We decided to live without for the 4 days we were there

"did not stay reservation canceled"
This reservation was canceled over a month ago due to Delta changing the flight times. Travelocity was great about giving me a full refund for hotel and airfare when the time change did not work for my travel plans. My only complaint was when issuing the refund I was told it may take up to 8 weeks to for the credit to show up on my credit card. To me this time frame is unacceptable in this day of electronic transactions, there fore I will not be booking with Travelocity in the future. In actuality my account was credited in less than a week.
