Nice apartment style room

The room was excellent, but the service from MGM was average. We arrived at 2:30 p.m., and they would not check it soon until 3 p.m., room service was not available, and we don't know whether they actually had maid service for the room. We'll be prepared next time.

Very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Great views from the 24th floor where we stayed. Room was beautiful and comfortable. The only thing was No Room Service at this Hotel. Other than that was a great time!

Hotel is dated and carpets are stained and dirty

Overall it is a nice hotel but I had to change rooms because of the condition of the first room

A bit rundown but overall very pleasant hotel

Convenient quiet hotel very near mgm pools. Having access to the mgm pools was amazing. The hotel itself is very nice and clean but a bit rundown (torn sheets, marks on walls). The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Pretty good hotel, aside from Strip.

Pros: double rooms and kitchen
Cons: Add lunches ore buffets when booking a room
Location: This is probably the only drawback of the hotel, it is away from the main street.
The rooms are good, quite clean, the kitchen has everything you can need, there is a jacuzzi, there is a small balcony. One inconvenience is slightly off the Strip, although the hotel is connected by a transition from the MGM Grand.

Slow Service

We asked for service from the bell desk for our luggage and took over 40 minutes and no one showed up. We asked for a humidifier and the front desk said they will send one up. After 1 hour no one showed up. We called front desk and they told us they no longer have humidifiers! Come on! First you say you have it then you say you don't. Please train your employees.

Comfortable but needs TLC

We flew in at 10:00 am and were very disappointed to learn that we couldn't check-in even a minute before 3:00 because the front desk can't know if the room is ready because it's been booked through a third party (whatever that means). The suite was very comfortable but has seen better days... Beige carpet very dirty, worn leather headboard, terrible foam pillows... Location was great... I have stayed at the signature before and condition of the suite was immaculate.
