The hotel and casino were wonderful the suite was beautiful but the only problem we had is that the bed was way too soft for our liking

A new level of excellence

Pros: Great room, great price, fantastic staff.
Cons: I had reserved online but my room had still been rented. That was frustrating. Although they instantly upgraded my room at no charge in apology.
Location: A fantastic location, close enough to the strip and has plenty of amenities.
At first I was frustrated because the self park option was difficult to find even when following the signs. After I made it to the front desk, everyone was amazing. They were constantly smiling and happy and eager to help with any issue or question I had. For example, I had to find a hole puncher at 3am and two people looked in every drawer at each of the registration centres to help me find one! It should be noted that the registration centres are a great distance apart from each other. Check in was simple and quick, the room was fantastic and the house keeping staff did an incredible job. When it came time to check out, it was even faster than check in and they were constantly vigilant if I needed help with bags or anything at all. This hotel staff has customer service down!

Hard rock is not my cup of tea

Pros: Room was really nice
Cons: Desk clerk not all but some were not very courteous while trying to checkin and when you get to the front would not even acknowledged you
Location: There nothing to do near by the strip in 25 walk the hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the strip from 10 till 5
This hotel catered to a younger crowd check in is at 3 o'clock but was told it could be unto 5:00 so me and my friend changed I'll rooms so we could get in at 2;00 but while waiting around from 8:30am until 2:00pm there's really no where to really be comfortable there were people sitting here and there with nothing to do and it's also a 25 minute walk to the strip next time I'm in Vegas I will be on the strip enjoying the view from the other hotel

Great Hotel a bit off the strip

Pros: the rooms are great! restaurants are great! staff is awesome! Many different things that you can do there!
Cons: The registration process could be improved upon. If you were gambling during the day, service for drinks was very slow. Offer shuttles to strip.
Location: It's a bit off the Vegas Strip but we walked to the strip one day...about a 20 minute walk. It's a quitck cab ride if you don't want to walk.
our experience at Hard Rock was great. I think the only thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that check in was quite time consuming. We had booked our room well in advance and it still took over 20-25 minutes to register.

Below average hotel, off the strip.

I chose this property to play poker and enjoy a beautiful pool experience (rehab). Upon arrival and check-in I learned that Poker is no longer available at this Casino and the "Rehab" pool was completely rented out and "closed" to all other customers. No Bueno!

Surprised at the quality of the hotel

Pros: I enjoyed the decor, it's like a music museum with lots of memorabilia and themed fixtures. The room was super nice, bed was clean and comfy.
Cons: The only big drawback for me was I couldn't find a good coffee bar, only a dunkin doughnuts. Get some espresso! Also checkout could have been faster.
Location: Pretty far from the strip but maybe that's a good thing. Closer to the airport.
I was worried that this hotel would be lower quality but it was really nice.

Love the location. If you don't want to be in the crazy crowded hotels in the strip this is your best choice.

Pros: The best part were the pillows, I would love to know the brand to get some for home.
Cons: The mini bar looked a bit dirty and old, and $9 for a bite size candy, reallly?
Location: We had fun at a show at the Laugh Factory at the Tropicana, great show!
We were made to feel welcome and since it was our first time here we were given an upgrade to a poolside view with a view of the strip in the background also. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Loved the pop culture instruments and clothing of different recording artists throughout the property. Our room was so cool. The best part were the pillows, I would love to know the brand to get some for home.
