The hotel smells of cigarette smoke. We almost left. “Breakfast” was coffee (no sugar), granola bars and oatmeal packets.

As I first walked in the hotel smelled like a smoker hotel. It is advertised as a non-smoking hotel, but the strong smell says otherwise. My room was no different and I was searching for an alternative at 1 am because that’s the time I checked in. With no luck I am stuck with this room for the night and my 6 month pregnant fiancé, how obviously was not happy. Phone in the room does not work and the communication with the front desk was challenging as English is not her first language. Needless to say this is the first and last night I’m staying in this hotel. 0 stars.

What a POS!!! Even for staying off the strip, they over charged. 3 days for $800. Ended up with 2 huge bites on my shoulder. No pots or utensils, plates... nothing!!! I guess we're spoiled down here in Phoenix.

Place was ghetto, staff where ghetto. Cigarette stench .homeless all around the hotel.

Please don’t stay here. You and your family deserve to feel clean and safe. I entered the front doors and it smelled strongly of smoke. I figured it was just an older building so when bringing my family in I opted to use the back stairs instead so they would get a better first impression. It was so much worse there. The staircase was thick with new smoke. There was a large pile of garbage and old bedding on the 3rd floor landing and I truly expected a homeless person to be in the middle of it. We got to our room and the smell improved mildly but the beds were lumpy and the mattresses had crumbs on them (I peeled back the sheets to check for bugs). The carpet was stained and the pull-out sofa where my boys were supposed to sleep was ripped and stained. The bathtub was stained dark brown. The chain lock on the inside of the door was missing. I booked the room so it was my fault but My husband was a good sport and convinced us we could spend 8 hours there and that he wouldn’t make me eat breakfast anywhere in that building. I laid on the mattress trying to find a spot where I couldn’t feel the springs, and cried. My sweet husband decided my mental health might be worth it so we packed up at 11pm and left. They offered no refund but we did not expect them to. We checked in to a la Quinta instead. Not fancy but cIean and felt safe. It is more money on the credit card (the reason we were trying out a new place) but in the end it can be repaid. I learned my lesson.
