The website said the hotel had a hot tub and included a picture. This was a major reason for the booking. There was no hot tub. It ruined that part of my trip as it was a surprise to help my girlfriend with her bad back.

Our stay was for two nights, we had no hot water for over half of our stay. Our comforter was visibly stained, and I am not sure that the room was cleaned before my arrival
