The condo I reserved was very clean and confortable. The staff helped direct us to the room as the property is huge. The grounds are gorgeous. It is no pets no smoking resort. There is a 27 dollars a day resort fee for self parking and no cleaning service unless you stay five days.

We had many complications with our room key. At one point we were waiting for almost 20 mins with two children after a 7 hours drive outside of our room because no keys they gave us worked. Extremely disappointing.

Mar Brisa is an ideal vacation spot with numerous amenities to please all members of the family. The pool is huge and children love it. Grills are available to barbecue.Table tennis, children’s playground and an exercise room provide ample physical activity. And Legoland is within walking distance.

Decent hotel, not as nice as I was expecting. Standard room size was very small. Beds were very comfortable and facilities were clean. Biggest disappointment- Couldn’t get any coffee in the morning without waiting a very long time due to their use of Keurig type coffee machines.

Disappointing

Cons: Cleanlinies, and working plugs.
I have stayed here before. I checked in after sleeping the first night my entire bed skirt was stained and something you would buy at a garage sale. One of my two plugs next to my desk did not work. I had to not have my light or radio plugged in while using my laptop. When I checked out I told the front desk help. Her reply "I will tell the staff, did you have a car on premise there is a $22 a day charge for that." I have stayed here every year for a conference at the Sheraton next door. I will not again.
