This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. Not good for senior in a wheelchair. Requested ADA room. Got nothing close. No handrail in bathroom. Outside stairs no handrail and no ramp. My mom fell down trying to get up them. Spent my weekend icing her leg at our final destination. The carpet was so sticky and dirty my socks got gross. The smell in the room was sour like vomit. The refrigerator had brown ice buildup. I put a paper plate in the microwave and it stuck. Washed it off to use it. AC didn't work would not cool room. 89.7° was coolest the room got. Most of the outlet were burnt. Chair fake leather was pealing off. Dust was so thick you can write you name in it. And this dust was right next to our pillows. Paint chips on every wall. Didn't even want breakfast thought we might get sick. Bottom line this place is gross. Health department needs to shut it down. NOT ADA recommended.

It is unfortunate that your staff is not empowered to check in guests a little earlier than 3pm. We were there at 2pm and the employee stated per policy she could not check us in until 3pm. We had to sit in our car for 1 hour, at that time 4 other cars arrived which meant all guests had to wait in line to be checked in. Not very efficient!

The hotel was fine. Rooms seemed clean enough, but the building, hallways, etc. all felt a little dingy and rundown. For the price, I've stayed in a lot nicer places.

The room was filthy. There was a used razer and garbage behind one bed and a pill underneath the other bed.
