They over booked and gave our room away. We had to use a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for 4 adults. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Do not suggest using Holiday Inn Express.

I booked this hotel put my card on there and when I got there there was an additional 50 dollar fee added. Had I of known that I would have stayed down town I chose this place due to the cost and my luck with Holiday inn. So disappointed that I have been a life long customer and my family was treated so rudely.
