I was happy it was pet friendly, but it was dirty, found half smoked cigar in drawer, kitchen filthy and dirty towels in bathroom. People made this bad not pets. It smelled like people had smoked in hallways and in the room.

the staff was unconcerned about my needs for a coffee maker or kitchen setup. and I killed 2 roaches in the room. I really like this chain, and prefer it when I travel, but this stay was terrible.

I would never stay here ever again the room had a stitch, roaches galore. They have a nerve to want a deposit to stay with roaches. Hope I didn't take any with me. Stay so where else!!!

The man working the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Another guest checked in right before me and came back saying his room had not been cleaned. He quickly changed the mans room. Before he gave me my room he ran up to check to make sure our room was clean. The room was clean, I had to call for sheets and bedding for the pullout couch. But the toilet in our room would not flush without filling up the tank. We were exhausted and the poor man up front seemed to be alone for the night so we just let it go and refilled it with a bucket. Breakfast was SUPER sparse granola bars, and oatmeal packets basically.

Room as Hall way smelled bad, room was not welcomed front lobby very small no kitchen utensils or plates in the room, you have to go down to pick up towels very disappointed. I stayed at other Extended stay that were much better but this one was terrible would not recommend this hotel sorry but just been honest

my stay

ok where do I start. The room was very small. Nothing like the pictures. The air conditioning unit cover was broken. we had no maid service. You had to pay an extra fee each day for that. We had to take our towels to the front desk to get clean ones. there was poor communication between the workers. i tried to take care of my bill but the front desk didnt know how to take care of it,so I was locked out of the room. I had spoken to two differnt people about needing to pay but it wasn't passed on. The hotel laundry room was very expensive. I would not reconmend this hotel. I wanted to check out but i already paid for the week and couldn't afford to move hotels. Also the daily breakfast was nothing more than muffins and coffee.
