Nice hotel

Holiday Inn Express - Lafayette South

I can only say that this hotel was OK. There wasn't anything terriibly wrong with anything but it wasn't great either. There was a not so great smell in my room and it was a bit stuffy. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was good but you have to get there pretty early or they may run out of a few items. The elevator was pretty scary - it looked OK but was extremely slow and made odd noises when stopping and starting. The room was a good size but the sheets weren't as crisp as I had hoped - they felt as if they'd been washed a few too many times. Overall just OK.
