I did not like the check in process. Very strange to go up to the second floor and then have one person at a random table. Wish there was more given on where the vault was and steam room.

Coffee maker in room did not work. Hotel isn’t a typical hotel with a lobby, lounge areas, food options. No room service. They rollout a cart of coffee at the elevators that was empty every time we tried to use it and no one was ever around to assist. Felt very much like an air bnb, not a hotel with service or amenities. Also heard the elevators constantly from the bedroom.

Trendy, nice bar, hotel and museum all in one!!!! However, in certain rooms you will not be able to sleep late due to obnoxiously loud elevator noises!!!!!
